Asiakkaalla on kaikki seuraavat oikeudet liittyen asioitiin kanssamme ja hänen henkilötietoihinsa: oikeus tietoihin, oikeus korjauksiin tai poistoon, oikeus käsittelyn rajoittamiseen, oikeus käsittelyn vastustukseen ja oikeus datan siirtoon.
Noudatamme uutta yleistä tietosuoja-asetusta (GDPR), joka tuli voimaan 25.5.2018. Asiakkaan tiedot kerätään ja säilytetään ainoastaan tilauksen käsittelyyn ja toimitukseen liittyvien asioiden vuoksi, ja kerätään asiakkaan suostumuksesta.
Emme luovuta asiakkaiden tietoja kolmansille osapuolille. Asiakkaan tiedot mahdollisia lähetyksiä varten annetaan vain kuljetusfirmalle. Mitään arkaluontoisia tietoja ei välitetä. Lisätietoja asiakkaan säilytetyistä tiedoista saa sähköpostitse inka.salmirinne(at)gmail.com.
Asiakkaalla on oikeus saada poistaa henkilötietonsa Inka Salmirinne Creativen arkistoista ilman viivettä. Inka Salmirinne Creativella on velvollisuus poistaa henkilötiedot ilman aiheetonta viivettä, kun henkilötietoja ei tarvita enää tilauksen käsittelyyn tai toimitukseen, tai jos asiakas on näin vaatinut. Vakuutamme, että kaikki asiakkaiden henkilötiedot ovat asianmukaisesti suojattu.
EVÄSTEET
Inka Salmirinne Creativen nettisivusto käyttää evästeitä 25.7.2003 voimaan tulleen sähköisen viestinnän lain (GDPR) mukaisesti. Eväste on pieni tekstitiedosto, joka tallentuu asiakkaan tietokoneelle ja sisältää tietoja, jotka auttavat nettisivua tunnistamaan ja seuraamaan asiakkaan käyttäytymistä sivustolla. Evästeet eivät vahingoita asiakkaan tietokonetta. Ne sisältävät vain tekstiä eivätkä voi sisältää viruksia, eivätkä ne vie tilaa kovalevyltä.
Evästeitä on kahdenlaisia: ns. "Istuntoevästeet" ja evästeet, jotka jäävät pysyvästi asiakkaan tietokoneelle. Ensimmäinen on yleisin käytössä oleva eväste. Asiakkaan sivustolla vierailun aikana web-serverimme määrittää asiakkaan selaimeen yksilöllisen tunnisteen, joka varmistaa, ettei asiakas sekoitu keneenkään toiseen. Jotta nettisivumme toimii moitteitta, evästeet täytyy hyväksyä. Jälkimmäinen evästetyyppi tallentaa tiedoston pysyvästi asiakkaan tietokoneelle. Tällä evästetyypillä seurataan asiakkaan käyttäytymistä sivustolla. Tätä evästettä käytämme ainoastaan parantaaksemme asiakaskokemusta sivustollamme. Tiedoston voi poistaa koneelta.
Inka Salmirinne Creativen nettisivusto käyttää näitä evästeitä seuratakseen asiakkaan ostoskoria ja kävijöiden statistiikkaa. Tieto, joka tallentuu asiakkaan tietokoneelle on vain yksilöllinen numerosarja, joka ei sisällä mitään henkilötietoja.

We follow the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that has come into effect on 25th May 2018. Customer information is being collected and kept for the sole purpose of efficient order process and delivery of goods to the right address, and is gathered only at your consent.
We do not pass on your information to any third party. Customer details needed for delivery are passed on only to the delivery/shipping company. No sensitive information is passed on. If you wish to know what information is stored on you, please address your inquiry to inka.salmirinne(at)gmail.com.
You have the right to obtain from Inka Salmirinne Creative the erasure of Personal Data concerning you without undue delay and Inka Salmirinne Creative has the obligation to erase Personal Data without undue delay inter alia when the Personal Data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or you have withdrawn consent on which the processing is based.
